For the Board of Commissioners, there are two Boards of Commissioners, namely the Executive Board of Commissioners (in accordance with applicable regulations) and the Supervisory Board of Commissioners (consisting of several foreigners who represent their shareholdings to supervise), and the Board of Directors consists of two Boards of Directors, namely the Supervisory Board of Directors (consisting of representatives appointed by the silent shareholders) and the Executive Board of Directors (in accordance with applicable regulations). In the operation of the Company, the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors manage the Company and form the management of 2 Directorates and 2 Committees, namely the Energy Directorate, the Real Estate Directorate, the Acquisition Committee and the Velocity Committee.
