Since 2023, INKORINCORP HOLDINGS has completed negotiations on the purchase price for 100% ownership of hospitals in several areas such as Bogor, Lombok, Denpasar and Balikpapan. The implementation of the acquisitions will gradually start in 2024, especially for hospitals and clinics in Balikpapan and Samarinda. In the future, these hospitals and clinics will become subsidiaries focusing on the healthcare business and medical service centres.

Through the purchase of 400 hectares of land in Balikpapan City, a new centre of life will be built with the latest technology and connected to various sectors and levels. With a one-stop living, one-stop working and one-stop entertainment system, there will be public service facilities such as housing, apartments, hotels, shopping malls, commercial centres, nightlife, beach tourism, sports tourism and various community needs centres. And most importantly, a seawater desalination treatment plant will be built to provide clean water for the needs of the entire Balikpapan City community.
