PT INKORINCORP FILCOCEAN INVESTAMA (INKORINCORP HOLDINGS), whose corporate name INKORINCORP stands for Indonesia, South Korea, International Corporation, then FILCOCEAN stands for FILCO Group and OCEANLINK Group. The parent company was established in Indonesie on 18 March 2020 and has received the validation of the establishment of a limited liability company from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia and is registered with OSS (One Single Submission (Business Identification Number managed by the Ministry of Investment of the Republic of Indonesia / Investment Coordinating Board of the Republic of Indonesia). After being legally established and registered INKORINCORP HOLDINGS then formed several directorates and committees in accordance with the agreement of the Board of Directors meeting to start developing investments and branding the company for the benefit of introducing the company to the wider community.

INKORINCORP HOLDINGS conducted a corporate action to fully acquire its own companies, such as PT KORINCO DERMAGA INDONESIA (established and operating since 2011) a company engaged in mining and shipping, PT WIRA HKINDO PETROGAS (established and operating since 2020) a company engaged in trading oil and gas products, and PT REGAL MINING INDONESIA (established and operating since 2015) a company engaged in mineral and metal mining. In addition, INKORINCORP HOLDINGS has also acquired some shares in several domestic and foreign companies.
